Christian Harden is a Managing Partner of NAI Hallmark and currently oversees company operations and brokerage services division.
Mr. Harden represents institutional owners, private companies, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of commercial real estate assets; his expertise includes land development as well as office and industrial properties.
Background & Experience
Commercial real estate advising with expertise in acquisition/disposition, leasing, asset management, development and operations. Successfully leased over 4,000,000 square feet of office and industrial space, with a total transaction consideration of over $150 million since 2009. For his previous employer, Mr. Harden directed marketing and sales activities for five developments totaling 830 multifamily condos across Nassau, Duval, St. Johns and Orange County Florida.
