Daniel Burkhardt joined the NAI Hallmark Team in 2012. In 2016, he was promoted to Vice President. Mr. Burkhardt specializes in acquisition and disposition of office and retail properties.
Background & Experience
Since 2015, Mr. Burkhardt has brokered approximately 1.8 million square feet of sales and leasing transactions with an approximate value of over $150 million.
Mr. Burkhardt previously worked for the University of Florida Men’s Basketball Team for Head Coach Billy Donovan from 2009-2011, while obtaining is undergraduate degree in Finance from the UF Warrington School of Business. Shortly thereafter he enrolled in the UF Master of Real Estate Program, graduating in May 2012 in the top 20% of his class.
