Background & Experience

Dee Figliolia began her career in commercial real estate in Texas in 1980, with a commercial developer of flex office properties and residential subdivisions. She went on to work in the savings and loan industry, managing a large portfolio of real estate forclosures. Dee returned to Florida in 1989, as Property Manager for Shiefer-Decker Properties, managing 1.5 million square feet of small bay industrial flex properties. She joined NAI Realvest in 1994, and has been responsible for managing portfolios of suburban office and flex properties in the Orlando area. Dee takes great pride in providing excellent customer service to property owners, asset managers, tenants, and brokers. Those efforts have resulted in high tenant retention and increased property values for our clients.
