Luke McCann joined NAI Hallmark in 2021 as a multifamily specialist representing both buyers and sellers throughout many Northeast Florida markets, including Jacksonville, Fernandina, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, and Palm Coast.

His commercial real estate experience includes the sale and acquisition of residential, investment, and vacant land. Today, Luke focuses exclusively on infill or high barrier to entry submarkets, selling land parcels and apartment communities with less than 100 units.

Luke is a native of the first coast, growing up in Atlantic Beach and attending Flagler College in St. Augustine. He holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Finance and earned his real estate license in 2016.
In his time away from real estate, Luke enjoys watching and playing sports, paddle boarding, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
