Growing up in a military family, Sandi Harrison has lived in several countries and traveled around the world. She became interested in real estate while living in the Philippines, where she observed families starting and managing their own businesses.

Sandi’s commercial real estate career encompasses representation in all areas, including land, retail, industrial, and office. Her specialty is in acquisitions and tenant representation for industrial and retail properties, a focus she has maintained for the past seven years.

Before entering the real estate industry, Sandi was a national senior sales leader in the telecommunications industry for over 24 years. At Mediacom Business, she led her team to win the Chairman's Club for “Top Producer,” closing multiple multi-million-dollar sales.

Known for her attention to detail, Sandi successfully advises her clients on contract negotiation, financial analysis, construction, and market research to predict long-term profit potential.
