Scope of Experience

Teresa joined NAI Pensacola in 2003. She serves as the Manager for the firm, and well as the Director of Marketing. Teresa utilizes her in-depth knowledge and strong understanding of the market to execute innovative and impactful marketing campaigns on behalf of the brokers and their clients. Teresa is a highly effective, experienced marketing professional who displays unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional, quantifiable results. Her responsibilities include the design and build of all ad work, advertising for the company, contract management, listing administration, GIS mapping, creating all property campaigns, and the online marketing of all properties.

Teresa is the project manager in a wide variety of business applications, and the lead staff member to oversee the administration of court-ordered receiverships.
