Scope of Experience

Maintenance Technicians maintain the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Property Manager. They are responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests and complete grounds work at managed properties. They are responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance services as scheduled and are always available by phone for on-call maintenance.
